Wine & Chocolate Pairing at the Four Seasons Austin
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, we are partnering with the Four Season Austin Hotel to host a Wine and Chocolate Pairing event.
Whether part of a couple or one in a group of girlfriends, guests will enjoy the interactive, social nature of this event. Chocolates will be displayed buffet-style, with the Four Season’s Sommelier, Mark Sayre, and Delysia Chocolatier’s owner & chocolatier, Nicole Patel, on hand to explain why certain chocolate flavors pair best with certain varietals of wines.
Among the six total planned pairings: a Champagne truffle with a rich Henriot champagne, a Cigar truffle — featuring 75% bittersweet chocolate infused with cream steeped with an Excalibur cigar — paired with an earthy Bordeaux, and a Dark Chocolate Coffee Bark truffle with a brooding Syrah.

We are pleased to announce our newest handmade truffle collection, The Salted Collection.
Salty and sweet perfectly wrapped in a little red box. This collection features milk chocolate infused with Portuguese fleur de sel and caramel, traditional milk chocolate with caramel, and bittersweet chocolate blended with alder smoked sea salt and caramel.
