Delysia Chocolatier is a chocolate company with a new philosophy. Our tagline, ‘For life’s every occasion’® is the essence of Delysia. We offer chocolate as a means to make every occasion and every day exceptional. The focus is not just on the chocolate, but how the chocolate makes you feel at a special occasion or just as an every day treat.
Woman owned and operated, Delysia Chocolatier is a national gourmet chocolate company based in Austin, Texas. Our products include handmade chocolate truffles, personalized solid chocolates, molded chocolate menus, and chocolate bride & groom cake crowns. Our creations are available to individual consumers as well as wholesale purchasers. Our chocolate products can be purchased through our online store or at our partners’ establishments.
Our specialty is offering chocolates using the rich and fruitful flavors of wine. We are the first in Texas to use local wines to create chocolate truffles, offering a truly extraordinary experience. We will partner with vineyards and other establishments to incorporate a partners’ product into a special line of chocolate products.
Delysia Chocolatier’s award winning chocolate truffles continue to gain notoriety worldwide. Our truffles have been showcased in Paris, France at celebrity wedding photographer Elizabeth Messina’s A Lovely Workshop. Sasha Souza of Sasha Souza Events featured our truffle favors in a national television segment on unique wedding trend.
At the 2011 Chocolate Festival of Texas in Boerne, we won 1st Place in the Professional Category for our wasabi raspberry dark chocolate truffle. In the Spring of 2011, Delysia Chocolatier was honored to be voted Reader’s Choice Best Local Chocolate Runner-Up in the Austin Chronicle Restaurant Poll. In 2009, we won 1st Place in the Professional Category at the Texas Chocolate Festival in Houston for our wine truffles, in addition to our wasabi raspberry truffle and cigar truffle.
